Orders & Payment
Do I need to create an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest at any time. Creating an account just lets you save addresses, track orders and build a wishlist for next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe, our secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at sameeryaqubnasik2024@gmail.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for full UK measurements and fit notes for bras, knickers, nightwear and loungewear.
What if I'm between sizes?
We generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit, especially in fitted styles. Product pages also include fit notes where relevant.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically arrives in 3–5 working days; Express delivery arrives the next working day if ordered before 2pm. See our Delivery page for full details.
Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment we only deliver within the UK. We're looking at international shipping for the future.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for the full process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and checked your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
